I’m pleased to share that I will be speaking at the 45th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, which is taking place this week in Savannah, Georgia. The energy and innovation surrounding this year’s meeting are truly exciting.
ASLMS has long been recognized as the world’s leading organization dedicated to advancing the use of laser and energy-based technologies in medicine. Each year, this meeting brings together an exceptional community of physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals who are committed to improving patient care through innovation, research, and collaboration.

For me, gatherings like this are invaluable. They offer a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, explore the latest technological advances, and engage in meaningful discussions with colleagues who share a passion for this rapidly evolving field. From emerging research to real-world clinical applications, the insights gained at ASLMS continue to influence how we practice and how we care for our patients.

This year, I’m honored to be actively involved in several sessions. I will be co-directing a full-day course, “Fundamentals and Laser Safety: Core Principles for Clinical Applications,” which focuses on establishing a strong foundation for safe and effective laser use in clinical practice.
In addition, I’ll be presenting on several important topics:
- Challenging Cases – A Multidisciplinary Perspective
- Laser Treatment of Scars
- Safety Protocols for Laser Hair Reduction
- Laser for Follicular Conditions: Hair Removal, Acne, etc.
These sessions reflect key areas of focus in our field, where thoughtful technique, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration are essential to achieving optimal outcomes.
I look forward to sharing key takeaways, new perspectives, and highlights from this year’s meeting. ASLMS continues to be a driving force in shaping the future of laser medicine, and I’m excited to be part of the ongoing conversation.
